ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain the public interest litigation, which seeks to assail the contribution made by the Puducherry State Government towards the expenses of the High Court, merely because according to the petitioner, the seat is based in Chennai. It is not an issue that the jurisdiction is with the High Court in respect of Puducherry State.
2. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.37323 of 2016 is also dismissed.
