2. In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 07.03.2022, passed in C.R.P(NPD).No.2162 of 2017, paragraph No.3 & 4 of the order may be substituted as follows:

"3.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner stated that the suit in O.S.No.214 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Jayankondam had been decreed on 19.03.2020.

4.It is a fact that the suit had been decreed. It follows that the plaintiff / petitioner should enjoy the fruits of the decree. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed."

3. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 07.03.2022, shall remain intact.
