The petitioner is an accused to whom documents under Section 207 Cr.P.C already served, but after receipt of the copies, the petitioner is absconding and he is before this Court to quash the charge sheet in C.C. No.2278 of 2023 and to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the Charge Sheet.

2.This Court is not inclined to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the Charge Sheet in C.C.

No.2278 of 2023, hence, this Petition is dismissed.
