Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of declaration declaring that the Land Acquisition proceedings initiated under Land Acquisition Act 1894, in respect of the lands of an extent of 9,616 sq.ft, comprised in Old S.No.99/6, part and 10/97, New Survey No.99/6C/2B (part) (New Survey No.99/6C2A1B as per Patta No.617 of Muttukadu Village at Kancheepuram District as lapsed in view of 24 (2) of Right to Fair compensation and Tranparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act 2013 (Act 30 of 2013).
