ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks issuance of a writ of mandamus to consider his representation alleged to have been sent to the respondent on 10.08.2023 with acknowledgement card.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents police submits that no representation received by post from the petitioner herein. However, a complaint was given by the petitioner which was registered in CSR.No.88 of 2023 dated 12.09.2023. In the course of enquiry, the parties gave a written letter stating that they have compromised among themselves the civil suit and they will survey the land in dispute and share it. If there is any further issues, they will sort it out through Civil Court. Recording the same, the complaint had been closed on 12.09.2023.

3. If the petitioner has any further issues which needs the intervention of the police and have trappings of any cognizable offences, he can approach the Page No.2/4

respondent police and seek redressal.
