O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking to quash the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.23 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the parties have arrived at a compromise. The defacto complainant namely Mr.Adhimoolam was present before this Court and he categorically stated that the matter has been amicably settled and there is no need to proceed further with the case. An affidavit has also been filed before this Court, wherein the petitioners had sought for quashing the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.23 of 2015.
This Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and as a sequel, the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.23 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur is quashed and in terms of Affidavit of Defacto Complainant which shall form part and parcel of this order. Each petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.100/- as costs, to the credit of the Chief Justice Relief Fund (payable in Accounts Section of the High Court Registry), within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order and file a photocopy of the receipt along with a memo reporting compliance in the Registry. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
