ORDER

The petitioner herein filed this petition to call for the records concerned in C.C.No.12544/2018 pending on the file of the learned Fast Track Court No.II Metropolitan Magistrate Saidapet Chennai and quash the same as against the petitioners (A3 and A4).

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners were acquitted from the case by the Fast Track Court No.II Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, on 01.09.2023 to that effect he produced the copy of the judgement. In view of the petitioners acquittal, this petition is dismissed as infractous. No Costs. Consequentially connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 22.03.2024 pbl To
