O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition to pass an order revising the order passed by the learned family court Judge/Family court, Dharmapuri made in F.C.M.C.No 32 of 2016 dated 03.03.2017 .

2. When the Matter was listed for hearing on 13.08.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 18.08.2021. When the matter was taken for hearing on 18.08.2021, once again there is no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 24.08.2021 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
