Nadu Electricity Board submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the TANGEDCO by proceedings dated 23.1.2014 have given the benefits claimed by the contesting respondents, in view of which, this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
