Crl.M.P.No.16969 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.16969 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.24031 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J., This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.00 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.24031 of 2022 by order dated 06.10.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would also submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions and charge sheet has been filed before the Mahila Court, Salem.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24031 of 2022 by an order dated 06.10.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Mahila Court, Salem on the first working day of December 2022 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
