ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 17.08.2017 and allow the petitioner to conduct special camps for Eye using the Herbal Siddha Medicine. 2.It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is a Siddha Medical Practitioner, practicing for more than 50 years. He made a representation dated 17.08.2017, to the respondents seeking permission for the usage of his Eye drops and to conduct special camps for Eye, which has been suspended by the second respondent. Since the same was not considered by the

respondents, the present Writ Petition has been filed seeking for appropriate direction.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner restricts his relief to issue appropriate direction to consider the application of the petitioner dated 17.08.2017, alone and not for conducting special camps. Further, he fairly submitted that the petitioner obtained a clinical test report from Sastra Univeristy, which would not amounts to an approval for using his Eye drops. Therefore, he seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2021. 4.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2017 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and pass appropriate order within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
