ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders expeditiously in our long pending petition dated 20.4.2012 submitted to the 4th respondent requesting for the transfer of patta No.112 standing in the name of our grand father Venugopal Pillai for 4.15 acres of lands situate in No.136 Thodukadu Madura Parangasupuram Village Sriperambudur Taluk and District viz. 1.S.No.161/ 11- 0.46 cents 2. S.No. 163/ 12- 0.26 cents 3.S.No. 163/15- 0.24 cents 4. S.No. 165/60.87 cents 5. S.No. 174/6 - 0.69 cents 6. S.No. 189/7 - 0.36 cents 7. S.No.189/ 8- 0.49 cents 8. S.No. 199/1 - 0.34 cents - A3.71 Cents + 44 Total A4.15 cents within a time frame.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit it would suffice that if a direction is issued to consider the representations of the petitioners by the authorities concerned.

3. In view of the above, the respondents are hereby directed to consider the representations of the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably, within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
