ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to produce the vehicle TATA SUPER ACE TN 49 AJ 8085 Model 2011 to the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the vehicle has been confiscated by the second respondent by its proceedings dated 18.07.2017.

3. In view of the vehicle being confiscated, through proceedings initiated by the respondent police, no further orders can be passed by this Court and the petitioner has to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
