[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.35955 of 2016 dated 18.10.2016, wherein this Court directed the respondents to disburse the retiral benefits to the petitioner herein in twelve equal monthly instalments.

2. There is no representation for petitioner. Heard learned counsel appearing for respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for respondents submits that the order of this Court, which is in contempt, has been complied with.

Since the order of this Court, which is in contempt, has been complied with, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition is closed.
