This application is filed to permit the 3rd applicant to render evidence in C.S.No.278 of 2021 through video conference to establish his share of the scheduled superstructure with UDS of land property.

2. The 3rd applicant, who is one of the witness is residing at United States of America and seeks permission to render evidence through video conference. Other two witnesses have already been examined.

3. Considering the fact that the video conference is also extended for many matters, this petition is ordered.

4. The 3rd applicant is directed to file an (ID) before the Court and counsel for the petitioner shall identify the witnesses during the examination and the petitioner is also directed to give the e-mail id to the Court.

5. Accordingly, the matter may be posted before the Additional Master-III on 31.10.2023.

6. Thus, the petition is ordered.
