This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22407 of 2022 on 16.09.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
