Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.09.2019 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court to provide a job to the petitioner's son, on par with his educational qualification, for taking over the petitioner's land by construction of school class rooms by the School Education Department.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the R1 to consider his representation dated 26.09.2019. Now, the 4th respondent has issued the proceedings in X/K/vz;/6488-M1/- 2019 dated 01.10.2019, rejecting the petitioner's representation for the reason that no employment will be given on the basis of the land donated by the petitioner. Therefore, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. At this stage, the learned counsel would submit that liberty may be granted to the petitioner challenge the said order dated 01.10.2019 passed by the R4.
