This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners without any legal basis.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that enquiry has been conducted and CSR Number has been assigned in CSR No.504 of 2022 on 14.09.2022 and the same was also closed.
4. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
