Crl.M.P. No.13703 of 2024 in Crl.O.P. No.23191 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8340 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23191 of 2023 dated 12.06.2024 to sign before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on both side and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
