This application has been filed to implead the applicant/third party viz., M.Subramanian, aged about 57 years, residing at No.10, Muthu Street, Pozhichalur, Chennai-600 074 as the party defendant in the suit C.S No.721 of 1998.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 have no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
