ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner representation dated 05.09.2023 for taking steps to consider petitioner request by shifting the electric police by 4 feet from the present place and safeguard the petitioner and petitioner family member's life from danger of electric shock within the stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2023 and dispose of the same on merits and in

accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the objectors if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
