ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 9, 19, 20 to 22 to take appropriate steps to secure and safeguard the properties of 22nd respondent temple and its administration with the coordination of the other respondents officials herein by considering petitioner representations dated 03.09.2014 and 15.09.2024.
2. The case of the petitioner is that, he is an ardent devotee to the Page No.4 of 10
22nd respondent temple and the said temple has several properties in its name. Whenever he visits Chennai, he used to visit the said temple for his worship and on his visit to the said temple, he came to know that the temple has several properties but the same are now not in the control of the 22nd respondent temple. Hence, the petitioner had made representations dated 03.09.2014 and 15.09.2024 before the respondents. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this court.

Though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, the petitioner (Party-in-Person) submits that, it would suffice, if this court, issues a direction to the respondents 9, 19, 20 to 22 to take appropriate steps to secure and safeguard the properties of 22nd respondent temple and its administration with the coordination of the other respondents officials by considering petitioner's representations dated 03.09.2014 and 15.09.2024, within a time frame that may be stipulated by this court.
4. Learned respective counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representations of the petitioner dated 03.09.2014 and Page No.5 of 10
15.09.2024 will be considered on merits and in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed, as expeditiously as possible.
5. Considering the limited request made by the petitioner (Party-inPerson), this court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 9, 19, 20 to 22 to take appropriate steps to secure and safeguard the properties owned by the 22nd respondent temple by considering the representations of the petitioner dated 03.09.2014 and 15.09.2024, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
