Since the prima facie material been seized from the premises indicating that he is practicing Alopathy medicine, case has been registered. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that soon final report will be filed. Since the investigation was already completed, the allegation that the police is harassing the petitioner is ill found.
