Crl.O.P.No.22259 of 2025 rpl Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2024, in Crime No.211 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent, seeks bail.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners are habitual bootleggers, found in possession of 8 bottles of liquor and 10 litres of ID arrack.
3. Considering the antecedent of the petitioner and the quantity seized, this Court is not inclined to grant bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
