ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to stop letting out the sewerage/ditch water into the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.450/2, Kasthampadi Village, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai District and consequently find alternative ways to drain out the ditch water emanating from the houses comprised in Survey No.449, Kasthampadi village, Polur Taluk, Thiruvannamalai.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4 and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
