2.This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to admit the petitioner in the B.Com Course in the academic year 2017-2018. Since the academic year 2017-2018 was completed, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and that might be the reason for nonappearance of the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to keep the matter pending any more. 3.Hence, the Present Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
