2. Heard Mr.P.Kumaresan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioner.

3. Mr.P.Maheswaran, learned counsel representing Mr.MA.Gouthaman, takes notice for for the first respondent and there has been no serious objection in allowing the petition.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post for admission on 19.08.2025.
