A.Nos.5181, 5182 & 5183 of 2022 in C.S.No.114 of 2009 R.N.MANJULA,J.

These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 612 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 15th defendant in the above suit; to bring the legal heirs of the deceased 15th defendant as defendants 33 to 35 in the above suit.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing these applications.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the delay is condoned and all the applications are allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the applicants is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title of the suit.

5. Mr.R.Loganathan, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat on behalf of the newly impleaded defendants.

6. Post the matter after one week for filing the amended copy of the plaint.
