This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to run a SPA in the name and style of "Kosmik Spa" at 22, Kalidass Nagar, Vadavalli, 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) says that without annexing necessary documents, the petitioner has applied for licence to run a SPA and therefore, a letter has been sent to the petitioner to provide necessary documents and if the documents required are produced, his application will be considered in accordance with law. Recording the aforesaid statement of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this writ petition is dismissed since the application for seeking licence is being bereft of documents and details.
