Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first and second respondents to measure, demark the petitioner's property in comprised in S.R.No.531/8F (Natham), sub-division number, situated at Chinnaselam South, Kallakurichi District, measuring an extent of 2 cents, based on the application dated 22.05.2023 made to the first Pg.Nos.1/4

and second respondents in the light of necessary fee paid by the petitioner, with the help of the third respondent to give a Police protection till the completion of measuring the above said property.

ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner himself has stated that already, the second respondent has passed order dated 04.10.2023 on the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition and therefore, recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed. It is open for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law on the said compliance order dated 04.10.2023. There shall be no order as to costs.
