This application is filed seeking to implead the applicant as the 8th defendant in the above suit.

It is the case of the plaintiffs that the alleged defamatory messages were communicated in the exclusive Whatsapp group by the defendants, in their capacity as office bearers of the Applicant Association. Hence, for complete and effective adjudication, this application has been filed by the applicant seeking to implead as the 8th defendant. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record. There is no objection on the side of the defendants in allowing the application. Considering the nature of the relief sought and allegations made, the impleading petition is Ordered, accordingly.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and the plaintiff shall also file amended copy. Thereafter, the newly added 8th defendant shall file written statement.
