ORDER

This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking to grant leave to sue the defendants in respect of Item Nos.1 and 2 of the properties which are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, the property viz., Item No.3 is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and the properties viz., Item Nos.1 & 2 are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition to grant leave to sue the defendants in respect of Item Nos.1 and 2 of the properties.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit that Item No.3 is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and Item Nos.1 & 2 are situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. 4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed. No costs. 09-09-2025 MSM Note: Registry is directed to number the Suit and if it is otherwise in order.
