This Court by order dated 11.09.2024, directed the petitioner to implead the defacto complainant as a party to the proceedings. In view of the same, the present petition has been filed to implead one Sampath Kumar as 2nd respondent.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered, the defacto complainant is impleaded as 2nd respondent in the above revision.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
