ORDER

Challenging the case in Crime No.462 of 2021 pending on the file of the 1st respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in this case, this Court has granted interim direction on 17.11.2022 not to file final report in respect of Cr.No.462 of 2021. However, the first respondent has completed the investigation and filed the final report. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that the interim direction has not been intimated. In any event, having completed the investigation, the final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu and the same not taken on file.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
