This application has been filed to receive the following additional documents:

"1.The death certificate of Mr.Umayan dated 07.02.2022.

2.Information received under RTI in Na.Ka.No.A/324/2025 dated 29.07.2025."

2. No representation for the respondent. The first document which is proposed to be filed is the death certificate of the plaintiff's father. The first document is permitted to be received as an additional document. The other document appears to be an RTI information which according to the applicant would touch upon the title of the testator. The Testamentary Original Suit does not deal any issues as to the title of the parties. Hence, the second document is unnecessary for the purpose of the suit.
