Seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the third respondent herein to implead the petitioner name in his property in S.F.No.185B/1B having an extent of 47 cents in Nimiyampattu Village by considering his representation dated 02.07.2016, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition. 2.
According to the petitioner, he made a detailed representation dated 02.07.2016 along with enclosure of the documents to the respondents to implead his name in the computer chitta for his property and the same was pending for consideration. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the respondent has brought out a final order dated 30.12.2016 passed by the Sub Collector, Tiruppatur, against W.P.No.3289 of 2016 dated 29.01.2016, which is the subject property in the present writ petition and the copy of the order was given to the petitioner.
4.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record.

Since the final order has been passed by the authority against the subject property, the petitioner is at liberty to prefer an appeal within 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order*. When such appeal is preferred by the petitioner, the appellate authority, shall dispose of the appeal within a period of six months, after giving notice to all the parties. It is made clear that the petitioner as the subsequent purchaser can agitate the matter before the appellate authority. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
