This application has been filed seeking to raise the order of attachment, dated 16.04.2018 passed by this Court in A.No.125 of 2018.

The applicant has filed this application seeking to raise the order of attachment, since the claim of the applicant has been settled by the respondent subsequent to the order of attachment dated 16.04.2018 passed in A.No.125 of 2018. Since the order of attachment was obtained only by Page No.1 of 3

the applicant and since the claim of the applicant has been settled by the respondent, there is no necessity for this Court to issue notice to the respondent. Therefore, the notice to the respondent is dispensed with. Since the claim of the application has been fully settled by the respondent, necessarily, this Court has to raise the order of attachment, dated 16.04.2018 obtained by the applicant in A.No.125 of 2018.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by raising the order of attachment dated 16.04.2018 passed in A.No.125 of 2018. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Sub Registrar Office, Karanaj Lad, Tq Karanja, Dist Washim - 444 110 to effect the raising of the attachment in their records.
