ORDER

This Application has been filed seeking to amend the Plaint and Preliminary Decree as mentioned in the details of amendment set out in the application.

2.According to the applicant, there is a mistake in the Suit property in respect of Block Number, Sub Registrar Office and Registration District. kas of Chennai North has been wrongly mentioned as Registration Sub-District of Purasawalkam and Registration District of Chennai Central. Therefore, those typographical errors have to be corrected in the Plaint and Preliminary Decree. 3.Other side reports no objection in correcting the said typographical errors in the Plaint and the Preliminary Decree. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the above application and also considering the fact that the said mistake are due to typographical errors and the said corrections are just and necessary to be carried out in the Plaint and Preliminary Decree, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Application. 5.This Application stands allowed accordingly. 6.Registry is directed carry out necessary amendment in the Preliminary Decree and issue a fresh copy to the parties. 22-01-2026 kas A.No.5473 of 2025 in C.S.No.232 of 2022 __________Page 2 of 2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
