(By S.Vaidyanathan,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that encroached portion has been removed, but debris is on the road.

2. In such view of the matter, first respondent is directed to remove the debris and collect the expenses incurred for such removal from the encroachers.
