2. A.No.5037 of 2023 is filed seeking to permit the plaintiff to substitute the material object of the plaintiff in the place of the damaged material object and also the material object defendant that was not traceable.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant / plaintiff and the learned counsel for the first respondent. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, the applications are allowed. The learned counsel for the defendants is permitted to raise questions on the material object that has now been substituted.
