It is represented by the learned Senior Panel Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 28.06.2022, the third respondent has passed a final order in the Review application dated 01.02.2021 vide its order in No.R-XIII2/2021-SZ-CRV-I dated 02.09.2022. A copy of the said order is also placed before this Court.

3. Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is so aggrieved, it is open to him to challenge the said order in the manner known to law. No costs.
