When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent on instructions submitted that as per the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.14995 of 2021 the complaint of the petitioner was considered and the Additional Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Chennai Region was appointed as Enquiry Officer vide letter dated 27.04.2022 in RC.No.847/2021/PA3/ Subsequently, the Enquiry Officer also filed his report and the reply is also sent to the petitioner in this regard on 15.12.2022. The acknowledgment card for having served the reply is also produced.
