This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.84 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Vellor or any other competent investigating agency for proper investigation and report before the competent court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case itself has ended in acquittal by judgment dated 03.10.2018 made in S.C No.170 of 2018 on the file of the Additional Fast Track Court, Vellore.
