ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the 1st respondent to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 24.04.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.1085 of 2025 in C.C.No.70/2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court (Fast Track Court) Vellore against the 2nd respondent. 1/4

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions, submitted that accused have given a rental address, now, the accused has vacated the premises. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that they will find out and furnish the new address of the accused.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and perused the materials placed on record.

4. On such furnishing of address, the respondent police shall execute the Non-Bailable Warrant without any further delay. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of.
