This writ petition is filed for a mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2016 with regard to measure and lay stones in the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.347/1A situate at Kainoor Village, Arakonam.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has drawn the attention of this Court to the proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.A6/5998/2016 dated 20.12.2016, wherein the request made by the petitioner has been rejected stating that the said land has been classified as "Salai Poramboku land" and would submit that, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of the respondent, she would challenge the said order in accordance with law.

4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
