A.Nos.5099 & 5100 of 2023 in O.P.No.730 of 2022 R.N.MANJULA, J.

The application in A.No.5099 of 2023 has been filed to grant leave to the third applicant to execute the bond for himself and for second applicant in compliance with order dated 27.06.2023 passed in the above original petition.

2. The application in A.No.5100 of 2023 has been filed to grant four weeks time to the applicants to execute the aforesaid bond.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the second applicant has been held up at USA and hence, the third applicant, who is the own brother of the second applicant, should be permitted to execute the bond on behalf of the second applicant.

4.On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications and also considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, these applications are allowed.

5.Accordingly, the third applicant is permitted to execute the bond for himself and on behalf of the second applicant within a period of four weeks from today (29.09.2023).
