The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition to set aside the order dated 23.02.2021 made in Cr.M.P.No.608 of 2021 on the file of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nagapattinam.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.11.2022, this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crl.M.P.No.16872 of 2022 before the Registry of this Court on or before 16.11.2022, failing which, the delay condoned, will get cancelled automatically.

3. Today (18.11.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order of this Court has been complied with on 15.11.2022. He has also produced a proof of service.
