This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 26.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16802 of 2023 to report before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of the trial.
