ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner on the application for condonation of delay of three days in filing the appeal.

2. Taking into consideration the short period of delay, we are inclined to condone the delay, though learned counsel for the respondent opposed the same. Accordingly, the delay is condoned.
