2. A memo dated 16.04.2022 has been filed by the respondents 22 and 23 stating that they have filed their consent affidavit on 07.01.2022 and the same has been marked as Ex.R1. However, this Court by inadvertently mentioned in paragraph of the order dated 28.02.2022 passed in O.P.No.174 of 2017 that the respondents 22 and 23 have neither filed caveat nor given consent and hence, they are set exparte. The said memo is recorded.

3. Heard and perused the memo and the fifth paragraph of the order dated 28.02.2022 passed in O.P.No.174 of 2017 is modified as follows:

" 5. Service completed. The respondents 8, 11, 14, 15, 20 & 24 set exparte by this Court on 17.03.2021. The respondents 19, 17, 18, 21, 22 & 23 have given consent for grant of letters of administration to the petitioner. The respondents 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13 & 16 have neither filed caveat nor given consent and hence, they are set exparte."
